Question 1

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We provide mobile auto service in Yadkinville and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, contact us before booking.

Question 2

Where does my vehicle need to be parked for service?

Accepted Answer

Your vehicle should be parked on a safe, reasonably level, solid surface with enough room for us to work around it. Driveways and paved parking areas are usually best.

Question 3

What is included with a full synthetic oil change?

Accepted Answer

Our full synthetic oil change includes full synthetic motor oil, a new oil filter, a basic fluid check, and washer-fluid top-off. Vehicles requiring extra oil or specialty filters may cost more.

Question 4

Are brake service prices per wheel or per axle?

Accepted Answer

Brake service is priced per axle, not per individual wheel. Front brake service covers both front wheels, and rear brake service covers both rear wheels.

Question 5

Are parts included in the brake service price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starting prices include standard replacement parts and labor. Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle and parts required and will be confirmed before work begins.

Question 6

How do I know if I need brake pads only or pads and rotors?

Accepted Answer

If you're unsure, book a Brake Inspection. We'll inspect the condition of the brake components and explain what service is recommended before performing any repairs.

Question 7

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due in person after service. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and contactless payments such as Tap to Pay and Apple Pay.

Question 8

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Some services may need to be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, severe weather, or unsafe working conditions. If weather affects your appointment, we'll contact you to arrange another time.

Question 9

Can you service my vehicle at my workplace?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the property allows vehicle maintenance and there is a safe, level area with enough room to perform the service.

Question 10

What happens if you find something else wrong with my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

We will never perform additional repairs without your approval. If we notice another issue, we'll explain what we found and give you your options and pricing before doing any extra work.
